Yes, you can book journeys for friends, family, and others using the ‘Book for someone else?’ feature after selecting the desired vehicle.

You can cancel free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time or until your driver is on the way to the pick-up location.

The fare estimate shown upon booking a trip is based on the approximate calculation of the cost per minute and cost per mile, using the suggested route from Google Maps, with a minimum base rate per vehicle category. Various factors during your journey, such as traffic and route diversions, could increase the final fare.

Yes, you can ask your driver to make stops along the way. Additional charges may apply.

Your driver will wait as long as required if you inform us or your driver that you anticipate a delay. The initial 15 minutes are provided at no cost, and you will only incur charges for the extra time. However, if you do not contact us and if we cannot reach you after the first 15 minutes, your driver will leave the pick-up point and declare a no-show – full charges for the booked service apply.

Yes, you can book long-distance and city-to-city journeys.

Yes. Booster seats are available for all vehicle categories. Child seats are available only for the Business XL category. You can request them using the in-app child/booster seats feature before confirming the booking.

For a round-trip, you can simply book the outbound and return journeys as two separate One-Way bookings. If you require your driver to wait for you in between, you can book the round-trip as a One-Way journey with a stop in between. The wait time will incur additional charges. Our By The Hour service is another option for round-trips.

Yes, but if the journey exceeds the hourly and mileage package you booked, additional charges will apply for the extra time and/or distance.

When booking the By The Hour service, you reserve a specific duration, so there isn’t any wait time. Your booking commences at the scheduled pick-up time or when the passenger is on board, whichever is earlier. The booking concludes at the end of the specified duration. Should you require extra time, feel free to enquire with your driver about their availability to extend the service.

We maintain a strict non-smoking policy in all our vehicles; however, we will happily stop for smoke breaks if needed. Water is provided in all our vehicles, but unfortunately, we do not allow eating.

Congestion charge is included in all our services. Additional spendings, such as parking, will be separately charged after journey completion – a payment surcharge of 2.5% will be added on top of the fees.

After you clear customs and enter the arrivals hall, look for your driver, who will be holding a name board with the name stated on your account or of the person for whom the service has been booked. If, for some reason, you can’t locate your driver, please call or text us or your driver using the app. Please do not leave the terminal until you find your driver.

Yes, for airport pick-ups. Providing an accurate flight number will ensure we stay informed of your arrival time.

We monitor all flights and will make every effort to accommodate the change in pick-up time. Subject to availability.

The indicated maximum luggage allowance for each vehicle category prioritises safety, making it advisable to stay within this limit. If you plan to travel with more luggage than the allowed limit, book a larger vehicle or a sufficient number of vehicles to accommodate all your belongings within the maximum capacity. We retain the right to refuse service if there is an excess amount of luggage.
